
Nokia expand its business to portable device by introducing Nokia Booklet 3G, the Nokia’s first netbook.
Nokia’s Executive Vice President for Devices, Kai Oistamo, explained why Nokia is adding to its range of products with an ultra portable laptop PC :
“A growing number of people want the computing power of a PC with the full benefits of mobility. We are in the business of connecting people and the Nokia Booklet 3G is a natural evolution for us. Nokia has a long and rich heritage in mobility and with the outstanding battery life, premium design and all day, always on connectivity, we will create something quite compelling. In doing so we will make the personal computer more social, more helpful and more personal.”

One thing that missing even the latest firmware v20.0.012 for the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic is the ability to select multiple items in a list, without having to highlight each item, then go to options>mark for each one. This used to be accomplished by holding down the pencil key on older handsets, such as the Nokia N95, but starting with the N82, the pencil (pencil also known as ABC, or Shift) key was banished to the nether-regions, with the # key taking over the responsibilities.

Reuter reported that Nokia will start to ship its first Internet stick in early 2009, aiming to benefit from its know-how and experience in developing 3G technologies as told by Tapio Markki, vice president for hardware platform components at Nokia.

Nokia E90 has announced its firmware update from v210 to v300.34.84 . This firmware has reported could break compability with BlackBerry Connect, which means that you will no longer be able to use Nokia’s BlackBerry Connect application on your E90 if you apply this firmware update.But thanks to Nokia, they have released an updated version of BlackBerry Connect that is compatible with this new firmware .Another updates, including:
