Sony Ericsson Announced New Xperia X8 and Xperia Upgrade to X10, X10 mini, X10 mini pro

The new Xperia X8 comes in a dimension of 99 x 54 x 15 mm and weight of 104 g. It sports a 3-inch 320 x 480 pixels (HVGA) capacitive scratch-resistant touchscreen, 3.2 MP camera with the function of instant upload to Facebook, 2 GB microSD card, up to 128 MB of phone memory, and supports microSD up to 16GB. Running on Google Android Donut, version 1.6, it is equipped with 600MHz Qualcomm processor and is capable of Geo tagging and Wi-Fi among others.

Friendbar : Keep in Touch with Friends on Facebook Without Entering Facebook Website

It has been a month since I installed Friendbar, an add-ons for Firefox. Friendbar is just a great add-ons on Firefox.

Friendbar makes it easy to keep in touch with friends on Facebook and Twitter. It displays a running stream of text and photo updates from Facebook and Twitter right on the toolbar, and allows you to post updates, retweet, direct messages, and replies from the toolbar itself.

You can also share the webpage you’re viewing with just one click.

Palringo Release v0.99 : Free Facebook Chat for Nokia 5800 XpressMusic

Palringo enables you to talk to all your contacts, whether they’re using AOL Instant Messenger, Google Talk, Yahoo! Messenger, Gadu-Gadu, ICQ, Jabber or Windows Live. You can also use Palringo to contact friends using iChat, Apple’s IM application.

Recently Palringo released a new version V0.99 which added some improvements which increased support for Nokia 5800 XpressMusic and also added support for Facebook chat.

The Story Behind Facebook’s New Look and Facebook Connect

Recently TechCrunch reported from SXSW where Facebook’s Senior Platform Manager Dave Morin spoke about The Search for a More Social Web.

He said that computers have largely been antisocial – it was only with the advent of the computer that we’ve been playing games with ourselves. Only in the last few years have computers really started to become social.
