A brand new series of LCD HDTV s officially announced by Sharp at CEATEC 2008. X Series come with two models,LC-65XS1U-S (65-inch) and LC-52XS1U-S (52-inch). These hi-end product are thin and bright as a display. The displays’ 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio is very bright and with 1080p panel produce images so detail.
For the sound system, Sharp developed together with Pioneer. X series has a 2.1-channel,three-way five-speaker system. Sharp promise X series reduced 26% in power consumption. They expected X series will be available at stores in Japan at October 15.
